A Rim Drive motor has an immediate acceleration response. Uniquely combined with the stepless control system, it provides you with the highest feeling of maneuverability. Almost every alternative competitive motor has a central axis, which is very sensitive to ropes, weeds and fishing nets. The fact of not having a center axis limits the chance of materials getting stuck in the propeller. These motors can produce high torque, a valued feature among the owners of heavier boats. Due to its compact and lightweight design, it is possible to install it in the smallest compartments. During the design phase, they have set goals to minimize installation and service costs for their users. By having just one rotating part, they have achieved minimized maintenance costs.
