LH Series 118–177kW (116–240HP) Tough, reliable, compact and with outstanding power-to-weight benefits, these four-cylinder direct injection Yanmars in the LH Series include sterndrive models. The turbocharger has a wastegate boost compensator to improve acceleration still further. LH Series 4LHAM-STP (240HP/177kW) Tough and dependable high-output four-cylinder diesel, turbocharged and aftercooled. Develops 240HP (177kW) at 3,300 rpm. Supplied as bob-tail unit so that you can choose your transmission type

The latest in a series of new-generation compact diesels from Yanmar Marine is its three-cylinder 3YM20, developing 21HP (15.3kW) at 3,600 rpm. Displacement is 0.854 litres. The naturally aspirated 3YM20 features a completely redesigned cylinder block and combustion system, configured for quietest possible, vibration-free running. It is a vertical four-stroke, fresh water cooled. With indirect injection and a swirl pre-combustion chamber, this all-new unit complies with EPA Tier 2 and BSO/SAV Stage 2 emissions regulations. A compact control panel, injection pump, electric stop solenoid and 60-amp alternator are introduced as standard.

JH Series 3JH4 (39HP/28.7kW) The Yanmar's 3JH4 is an all-new naturally aspirated engine for sailboats and motor craft - quieter, cleaner and producing more torque - with the largest displacement and smallest dimensions in its class. It's fullfy compliant with EPA Tier 2 emissions regulations and with BSO/SAV Stage 2 requirements.

For ski boats to fast sports craft to luxury cruisers – new build or repowering – the 8LV is at the forefront of today’s propulsion technology, providing the kind of high end performance associated with V8 gasolene engines, but with all of the solid, long-life and cost-effective benefi ts of diesel. This V8 can be matched perfectly with Yanmar’s latest twin-propeller sterndrive, the ZT370, or to a KMH50 inboard transmission. Yanmar remains dedicated to achieving maximum performance from minimum weight and the 8LV proves the point: another big displacement engine, weighing in dry at a mere 435 kilograms.
