ePropulsion Navy 6.0 EVO

9.9HP drive, intelligent control, higher efficiency with excellent design.

The ePropulsion NAVY 6.0 has an input power of 6 kW, which corresponds to a propulsion of approx. 9.9 hp. Its design received the iF Design Award 2015.

The Navy 6.0 is available both as a long shaft L and as a short shaft S version.

Tiller or remote control? Please order!

Depending on your needs, the Navy 6.0 is available either as a version with a tiller or with different remote controls. With the tiller version you can drive the Navy like a "normal" outboard motor. Control is via the tiller, which also displays all operating information. The integrated display informs you about the remaining battery capacity including real-time speed, input power, etc.

The version with remote control is ideal if you operate the motor on your sailing yacht, for example, on the transom. You control the speed and the direction of travel using the remote control mounted in the cockpit, you steer your ship using the rudder system.

You can connect the Navy 6.0 Evo to a total of four controllers. The later conversion from e.g. tiller to remote control and vice versa is also possible without any problems.

All Evo controls offer you:

    digital display
    Shows you the state of charge, remaining range, operating voltage, etc. at any time.
    Electric start button
    One push of a button and you're good to go.
    Emergency stop magnetic chip
    Stops the engine immediately in a man-overboard situation.
    Stepless speed control
    The throttle is easy to hold and can be rotated easily and steplessly.
    Maximum output power
    Allows a smaller full throttle performance for more safety with e.g. children on board.
    For left- or right-handers
    Opt for clockwise or counterclockwise drive control.

Instead of an emergency stop magnetic chip, you can also purchase a comfortable Evo safety bracelet. Up to 8 bracelets can be connected to the Navy 6.0 Evo at the same time.

Recuperation

Thanks to recuperation, sailors can recover energy while sailing. The process starts at a speed of 3 knots. Above 10 knots, the engine goes into protection mode. The battery then continues to be charged, but the charging power remains constant and does not increase any further.

Integrated GPS

The Navy is equipped with an integrated GPS module, which displays all essential information on the LCD screen

Always informed

The integrated display gives you live feedback on the remaining battery capacity including input power, real-time speed, etc.

Waterproof

The Navy is IP67 certified with all connections and components. The NAVY remains functional even if it should submerge in water.

The motor

For is equally suitable for use in salt water and fresh water. Thanks to direct drive technology, ePropulsion's most powerful electric outboard is quiet, maintenance-free and reliable.

Motor driver

The NAVY corresponds to the field-oriented control (FOC). Compared to traditional motor control methods, FOC offers higher efficiency and lower electromagnetic interference.

Improved Propellers

The propeller is reinforced to prevent damage. The system automatically detects any obstruction in the rotation and stops as soon as it encounters hard objects or is disturbed by aquatic plants or ropes in operation.

Just connect

You can connect the optional battery to the NAVY in just one step. Simple plug-in connections enable quick disconnection and connection of the battery.

The NAVY outboard motor is powered by two 3042 Wh NAVY batteries, which are available as an option.
